At noo.ma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new designer furniture. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return your items within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via the contact form or email within 100 days of receiving your order to start the return process.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure all products are disassembled and placed back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  We will arrange a convenient courier collection from your address; simply print the provided shipping labels and attach them to the boxes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
